All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Happy Paws Mart is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size.

If your order arrives partially, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.
